7. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has a period of 7 days from the date of delivery of the goods, to exercise the right of withdrawal of the order. LIVLAB extends the statutory period to 100 days. The postmark or the date of receipt of provision is the starting date of this period.

It is advisable to return your parcel with a tracking option. In case of dispute, it is your responsibility to prove that LIVLAB has received the parcel. To be accepted, any return must be beforehand indicated to the Customer service of LIVLAB at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we receive your items, and found their perfect condition, we will reimburse your order by re-credit the card used to complete your order in a maximum period of 30 days
Any claims made beyond this period of 100 days will be rejected. The right of withdrawal only applies to purchase orders placed on the website mydodow.com.
