How to fall asleep is an existential question whose answer could benefit many agitated children, but also frustrated sexagenarians who desperately want to go back to bed ... If you do not belong to either of these categories, you probably should be able to sleep soundly and should make small adjustments in your everyday life to make the most of your nights. Dodow will help you understand how the sleep process works and to make it work in your favour!

Sleep deprivation

Lack of sleep ruins your day. A busy professional life can sometimes lead you to nibble away at your nights to recover a bit of lost time, but be careful ... your body is not fooled, and it's likely to make you pay tenfold!

Sleep cycles

Sleep better to get thinner
